Dessert: warm chocolate fudge cakes, flaky pie crusts, and creamy soft-serve. This may be some people’s definition of after-meal confections, but I happen to be the quinoa flour cookie kind of gal, and Gluten Free Week at Staples is my haven.

To celebrate this week laden with buckwheat scones and flourless chocolate cakes, here is a list of the best social media accounts devoted to gluten free goodies becoming more than just “the healthy option.”

Gluten Free Mommy
We’ve all heard the saying, “Moms know best,” which holds true for the Gluten Free Mommy blog. While it’s not overtly chic or trendy, Natalie’s recipes are simple with helpful efficiency tips.

Gluten Free Girl
Shauna, the Gluten Free Girl, feels like she could fit right in at Staples. With slightly over edited pictures and trendy ingredients, it’s basically looks like most of the Staples girls’ Instagrams. However, this young chef has a lot more experience and some especially lip-licking breakfast recipes to try out.

Gluten Free Goddess
While this goddess is not from ancient Greece, her recipes are timeless. Everything from the elegant gluten free coconut cake to the vibrant split pea soup exudes clean, classic cooking. She even has a few Greek recipes with a gluten free twist!

Even though when I scroll through Lauren’s Instagram feed I am self conscious about my food photography because of her painstakingly perfect food placement, she has tons of food knowledge, lives so chicly in London, and has some really clever substitutions. Who knew you could make Red Velvet Ice Cream with frozen bananas?

While it’s not the fanciest or most gourmet Instagram around, it’s a great product-themed Instagram. The feed always has interesting ways to use Udi’s products and all of the ideas are easy because you can buy the Udi’s products you see on the screen!
