Pandemic Halloween leaves trick-or-treaters with witchful thinking

With spooky season just around the corner, many are preparing to celebrate Halloween. COVID-19 is making it riskier to interact with others, as the holiday will not quite be the same as it was before; despite government guidelines, that’s not stopping people from adjusting to celebrate the scary night.
