Retention Policy
BestofSNO.com deletes content after four years. The story will maintain the Best of SNO logo on the original site’s story page as long as the original site is hosted by SNO.
Photo Republication Policy
Best of SNO strongly encourages original photos and graphics created by publication staff members. If a story is selected for Best of SNO, we will only republish photos or graphics created by staff members, obtained through the SNO/Reuters partnership, attributed to a person interviewed in the story, or properly attributed promotional images for reviews. All other photos will be removed from the version of the story published on the Best of SNO website.
Byline Policy
Bylines on BestofSNO.com will not be hyperlinked.
Edit and Removal Policy
Best of SNO will not make any updates to pieces published on the site. We will remove pieces published to Best of SNO, prior to four years (see retention policy), upon adviser request. In the event that a piece is discovered to be plagiarized, fabricated or generated by AI it will immediately be removed from the site.
